Anthony and Home Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all services, products, and transactions conducted through Anthony and Home, including but not limited to design services, development support, and the sale of furniture and decor. By engaging with Anthony and Home, the client or customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Design Services

Design services include but are not limited to house plans, custom designs, drafting, renderings, consultations, and related deliverables.

Refunds for design services may be issued under the following conditions:

a. If a material error is identified within the design that significantly impacts its usability for construction purposes, Anthony and Home will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. If such correction is not feasible, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Anthony and Home.

b. If deliverables are not provided within the agreed timeline and no reasonable resolution is offered, the client may request a refund.

c. A full refund may be issued if a written cancellation request is submitted within three calendar days of purchase, provided that no work has commenced.

Once work has begun, design services are considered in progress and are no longer eligible for a full refund.

2. Furniture and Decor

Anthony and Home offers curated furniture and decor through direct fulfillment and third party suppliers.

Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following conditions:

a. If an item is received in a damaged or defective condition, the customer must notify Anthony and Home within forty eight hours of delivery and provide supporting documentation, including photographs. Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be issued.

b. If an incorrect item is delivered, Anthony and Home will arrange for correction through replacement or refund.

c. Eligible items may be returned within fourteen calendar days of delivery, provided they remain unused, unassembled, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on the part of Anthony and Home.

3. Non Refundable Conditions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

a. Requests based on change of preference after services have commenced or products have been shipped.

b. Custom design services or deliverables that have been completed and delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.

c. Deliverables that have been reviewed, approved, or accepted by the client.

d. Furniture or decor items that have been used, assembled, installed, or altered in any way from their original condition.

4. Construction and Contractor Services

Anthony and Home may provide connections to independent contractors, builders, or service providers. All construction services are performed by third parties under separate agreements.

Anthony and Home does not assume liability for the performance, quality, or outcomes of work completed by third party contractors. Any disputes, claims, or refund requests related to construction services must be directed to the respective contractor in accordance with their agreement.

Anthony and Home may, at its discretion, assist in communication or coordination to support a reasonable resolution.

5. Refund Request Process

All refund or return requests must be submitted in writing to anthonyhomeresidential@gmail.com and must include relevant order information and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Anthony and Home will review all requests within five to seven business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within ten to fourteen business days to the original method of payment.

6. Partial Refunds

Anthony and Home reserves the right to issue partial refunds in situations where a portion of the service has been completed or where a product issue does not warrant a full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anthony and Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or products. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client or customer for the specific service or product in question.

8. Policy Updates

Anthony and Home reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Continued use of services or purchase of products following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Anthony and Home is committed to delivering services and products that meet a high standard of quality, accuracy, and professionalism. We aim to provide clear communication, reliable timelines, and thoughtful solutions tailored to each client and customer.

While this policy outlines the formal terms governing refunds and returns, Anthony and Home will make reasonable, good faith efforts to address concerns and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner. Each request is reviewed individually, with the intention of reaching a practical and respectful outcome for all parties involved.
