Anthony & Home LLC Disclaimer

1. General Scope of Services

Anthony & Home LLC specializes in providing custom and pre-designed residential house plans, full design-to-build coordination, and curated furniture and décor. While we assist in connecting clients with qualified contractors and managing design-to-build processes, Anthony & Home LLC does not perform any construction services directly. For retail offerings, we source and provide furniture and décor from trusted suppliers, but we are not the direct manufacturer.

2. Design and Customization Services

All pre-designed and custom house plans must be reviewed and approved by the client before proceeding to any construction phase.
Once a client purchases a pre-designed or custom house plan, no deposit is required unless the client opts to proceed with the construction phase.
For custom designs, clients are responsible for communicating all specifications, changes, and additions before finalizing the design. Any changes requested after final approval may incur additional fees.

3. Construction Services Coordination

For clients choosing Anthony & Home LLC to manage the construction phase, we will coordinate with third-party contractors. These contractors are independent entities, and Anthony & Home LLC is not liable for the performance, quality, or timeliness of their work.
Clients must pay a deposit before the construction phase begins. This deposit is separate from design fees and will be outlined in the construction agreement.

4. Furniture & Décor Sales

Furniture and décor items are sold through trusted suppliers and shipping partners. Product quality, lead times, and warranties may vary depending on the supplier.
Anthony & Home LLC is not responsible for manufacturing defects but will assist clients in communicating with suppliers to resolve issues.
Return, exchange, and refund policies for furniture and décor purchases are outlined separately in our Refund Policy.

5. Fees and Upcharges

House plans managed from design to construction by Anthony & Home LLC are subject to an upcharge of 5–10%, which will be detailed in the agreement before the construction phase begins.
The upcharge reflects the added value of comprehensive project management, contractor coordination, and quality assurance throughout the construction process.

6. Liability Limitations

Anthony & Home LLC is not responsible for disputes, damages, delays, or issues arising from the work performed by third-party contractors.
For furniture and décor, Anthony & Home LLC is not liable for damages or delays caused by shipping carriers, suppliers, or manufacturers, though we will support clients in pursuing resolutions.
Clients are encouraged to review supplier warranties, return windows, and shipping terms before making purchases.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring all details provided during consultations and design phases are accurate and complete.
For construction projects, clients must adhere to payment schedules and provide timely feedback on project updates or changes.
For furniture and décor purchases, clients must provide accurate delivery details and inspect items promptly upon arrival.

8. Intellectual Property

All house plans and designs created by Anthony & Home LLC remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted a one-time license to use the plans for the agreed-upon project. Plans cannot be resold, distributed, or reused without written consent.
Product images, descriptions, and branded content for furniture and décor remain the property of Anthony & Home LLC and/or the respective supplier partners.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between the client and Anthony & Home LLC must be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
Disputes arising from third-party contractors must be addressed directly with the contractor.
Disputes related to furniture and décor must first be addressed with the supplier or shipping carrier, with Anthony & Home LLC available to assist in communications.

10. Changes to Terms

Anthony & Home LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes that may impact their agreements, purchases, or projects.
