At Anthony & Home Residential Designs, we are committed to providing exceptional design services, high-quality furniture, and beautifully curated décor. We want every client and customer to feel confident in their experience with us. While we aim for complete satisfaction, this policy outlines our approach to refunds and returns in a fair and transparent way.
1. Refund Eligibility – Design Services
Refunds for design-related services (house plans, custom designs, drafting, renderings, etc.) may be issued under the following conditions:

Design Errors: If significant errors in our house plans make them unusable for construction, we will correct the plans or issue a refund.

Non-Delivery: If plans are not delivered within the agreed timeframe and no resolution is provided.

Cancellation: A full refund is available if a cancellation request is made within 3 days of purchase and work has not yet begun.
2. Refund Eligibility – Furniture & Décor
Refunds or returns for furniture and décor are available under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Incorrect Item Received: If the wrong product is delivered, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped or provide a refund.

Return Window: Furniture and décor may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. (Shipping costs may apply and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:

Change of Mind: For both design services and physical products once work has commenced or items have been shipped.

Custom Work Fulfillment: Once custom designs have been completed and delivered per agreement.

Approved Final Deliverables: For plans or visuals that have been reviewed and approved.

Furniture & Décor Returns After Use: Items that have been assembled, used, or altered from their original condition.
4. Construction & Contractor Services
All construction services are performed by independent builders, contractors, or companies. While we connect clients with trusted professionals and provide build-ready plans, refund requests or disputes related to construction work must be addressed directly with your contractor under your signed agreement.
That said, we will gladly support and advocate for our clients to ensure fair and positive outcomes.
5. How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a request:

Review Process: We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method, or a replacement will be shipped.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, including:

Where part of a design project has been completed.

Furniture or décor with minor, repairable issues that do not require a full return.
