1. Project Kickoff
What We Do: We explore your goals, style, layout, budget, and lifestyle needs.
Your Role: Share inspiration images, priorities, and non-negotiables.
2. Design & Concept Development
Step 1: We draft initial concepts and layouts for your review.
Step 2: You provide feedback and approve a refined version of the full architectural plans.
3. Final Design Package
What's Included: Final floor plans, elevations, and structural documents ready for permitting and builder review.
Your Role: Review and approve all drawings and specifications before submission.
4. Permits & Approvals
Typical Approval Timeline: 2–4 weeks
Your Role: Submit the permit package to your local authority and HOA if applicable.
5. Final Estimate & Builder Selection
Next Step: We receive builder quotes, select, and manage the premier contractor.
Milestone: Approve builder’s final estimate and schedule.
6. Initial Payment
We require a 5% project initiation fee to cover administration and pre-build coordination. This may be itemized into your final cost instead. You’ll receive a confirmation and project schedule overview.
7. Sign Agreement
Please sign your agreement and submit via the online portal or email it to anthonyhomeresidential@gmail.com.
8. Document Review
We’ll confirm receipt of all signed documents and verify details before moving forward.
9. Begin Construction
Milestone: Your builder is hired, site work begins, and materials are ordered.
Your Role: Stay in touch with us to track timelines and orders.
10. Construction Management
We oversee quality, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors throughout the build.
11. Final Details & Inspection
We finalize fixtures, finishes, and prepare for local building inspection and compliance sign-off.
12. Walkthrough & Final Approval
We conduct a thorough walkthrough with you and your builder to confirm all work is complete and to your satisfaction.
13. Move-In Day
Keys are handed over along with all final documents — welcome to your new home!
