When selected, Anthony & Home can help coordinate these additional requirements with the appropriate licensed professionals so your design package can move more smoothly toward permitting and builder review.

Requirements vary by project and jurisdiction, so final documentation is determined according to the needs of your specific home and local reviewing authority.

Important Billing Information

Preconstruction & Builder Coordination is not included in the online custom home design checkout price.

If this service is selected with your plan purchase, Anthony & Home will review your project information, confirm your estimated construction budget and applicable coordination fee, and provide a separate service agreement and invoice before coordination services begin.

Your builder's construction price is also separate and is established directly between you and the licensed general contractor you select.

Anthony & Home's Preconstruction & Builder Coordination service does not replace the role of your licensed general contractor.

Your selected general contractor is responsible for the actual construction of the home, including areas such as:
