Our Role in the Building Process
Anthony & Home provides design, planning, preconstruction, builder-coordination, and design-support services.
When a project moves into construction, the homeowner enters into a separate agreement with the licensed general contractor selected for the project.
The licensed general contractor is responsible for the actual construction of the home, including construction supervision, subcontractors, jobsite operations, scheduling, safety, inspections, and performance of construction work.
This structure allows Anthony & Home to remain a valuable resource throughout the process while keeping construction responsibilities with the properly licensed contractor.
