  • Your Role: Review the finalized designs and materials, confirming any last changes before approval.

Finding Your Builder

  • Milestones: Complete design approval and permit submission (approx. 2-4 weeks for approval).
  • Your Role: Ensure all necessary permits and HOA approvals are in place.

Final Estimate Approval

  • Milestones: Receive quotes from your builder(s) and approve the final estimate.

Initial 5% Fee Paid

  • To initiate the project, a 5% fee of the total project cost is required. This covers administrative and planning expenses.
  • Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email and a detailed plan outlining the next steps.

Sign All Requested Documents

Review of Signed Documents

  • After submission, we’ll review all signed documents to ensure everything is in order before moving forward.

Hire Builders & Start Contract

  • Milestones: Finalize builder selection, hire the construction team, and clear the site for the next steps.
  • Your Role: Confirm the builder's schedule and material orders to keep the process on track.

Build & Construction Process

  • Construction begins, with materials ordered and subcontractors scheduled. We manage every aspect to ensure quality and efficiency.

Final Touches & Inspection

  • Final finishes, fixtures, and details are added. A thorough inspection is completed to ensure everything is up to code and meets your expectations.

Walkthrough with Builder

  • We conduct a final walkthrough to ensure the project is complete and meets your standards. Any final adjustments are addressed at this time.

Final Walkthrough & Hand-Off

  • After your final review, we’ll hand over the keys along with all relevant project documents, ensuring your complete satisfaction.
